Invitations
With over 89 years in business, Reaves has produced thousands of invitation ensembles, yet each ensemble is different. Whether you want a traditional ensemble, traditional with something different or a contemporary invitation, we can work with you to create the ensemble that is perfect for your special day!
Reaves is increasing the desirability of traditional genuine engraved stationery by keeping the base price of our most popular line of engraved invitations as low as possible.
Save the Dates
Save the Date announcements are typically sent to guests approximately six months prior to the wedding. Should your wedding take place overseas or during a holiday season, you may choose to send Save the Date announcements up to a year in advance to give your guests time to plan and make travel and accommodation arrangements. Many bridal couples choose to include accommodation information and their wedding website with their Save the Dates.
Calligraphy: Addressing and Seating Cards
Reaves is pleased to offer a classic way to address your invitations and an economical option to hiring a calligrapher.

Programs and Menus
We recommend sending your program or menu information in four weeks before the wedding. Too far in advance and you may have a change to a participant, reading, or some other aspect, while waiting too close to the wedding date tends to add to the stress level as well as extra shipping costs to assure on-time arrival. We request the text be sent in a Word document for a quicker turn around for proofing. We pull your invitation order to match layout, typesetting, font, and paper and ink color.
Napkins
A simple element can add a personal touch to your reception or party. At the bar, the cake station or at tables, personalized napkins help create your theme. A variety of colors, foils and even motifs make your napkins as unique as your event. Each napkin will be custom created. We can use the font from your invitation or a different font if you prefer to make sure your napkin promotes your vision.
